我們最近出任詩天控股（國際）有限公司（股份編號：1008）的聯席申報會計師及聯席核數師，協助該公司於2009年3月30日在香港聯交所（「聯交所」）成功上市。

詩天控股主要從事印刷業務，客戶包括國際出版商及跨國公司。其印刷品主要包括精裝書、平裝書、活頁釘裝書、工藝手裝圖書以及其他相關紙製品，包括賀卡、派對裝飾品、日曆、紙袋及包裝盒。而所印刷的書籍主要為休閒書籍，包括兒童書籍、旅遊書籍及烹飪書籍。英國為詩天控股的最大市場，佔該集團逾半營業額；而在近數年於其他市場（包括其他歐洲國家、香港及美國）的銷售額亦有所增長，在2008年首9個月期間，佔去近半營業額。

Recent Success in IPO Listing

CCIF is the joint reporting accountants and joint auditors of CT Holdings (International) Limited (stock code: 1008) which was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 30 March 2009.

CT Holdings is principally engaged in the provision of printing services to customers including international publishers and multi-national corporations. The printing products include mainly bound books, paperbacks, spiral bound books, novelty books and other related products which include greeting cards, party decoratives, calendars, paper bags and packaging boxes. UK is its largest market, accounting for over 50% of the turnover. However, sales to other markets including countries in Europe, Hong Kong and the US had increased over the years making up the other 50% of the group's turnover for the nine months ended 30 September 2008.

楊錫鴻先生為本公司的新任審計及商業顧問服務部聯席董事，在本公司服務超過6年，從事會計專業超過10年；在加入本公司之前，曾在一間四大國際會計師事務所任職。

楊先生在本公司專責上市公司審計，亦會負責特有項目如新股上市、財務盡職審查及收購合併個案。他累積了豐富的專業經驗，尤其精於為不同行業的上市公司進行審計，這些行業包括零售、製造業、貿易、藥業、地產建築、物業投資及農業。

Appointment of Associate Director

Alvin is our new Associate Director of the Audit and Business Advisory Services. He has been working with CCIF for more than 6 years and has over 10 years experience in the profession. He had worked in one of the Big 4 firms before joining CCIF.

At CCIF, Alvin is responsible for handling listed company audits. He also works on special engagements such as IPO, due diligence and M&A projects. He has extensive experience in conducting listed company audits over a wide range of industries including retail, manufacturing, trading, pharmacy, property construction, property investment and agriculture.
