Qualification Programme (QP)
Congratulations to Mr. Charbon Lo (Assistant Manager, Audit Department), Ms. Kylie Lam (Semi-Senior Auditor), Ms. Winnie Poon (Semi-Senior Auditor), Mr. Stephen Chan (Senior Auditor) and Ms. Mandy Leung (Semi-Senior Auditor) for completing successfully the QP Programme of the HKICPA, gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). We highly appreciate their effort and dedication to the profession. We would also like to extend our continuing support and encouragement to our candidates still in the QP programme to keep on the good work.

Mr. Charbon Lo feels fully relaxed and can focus on his job now. He finds the programme very useful as he can apply the knowledge and skills on his work, and the qualification gained will be very helpful for career development. Moreover, the extra bonus, the Q-Pay awarded by our Firm, adds to this happy occasion and foster goodwill. During these one and a half years preparation for the programme, Charbon said he had a long and painful exercise, but it is well worthwhile going through this exercise.
Ms. Winnie Poon is now very happy and comfortable having completed the QP programme in one and a half years. The Q-Pay means more than a reward, and is also an encouragement from our Firm. She will continue to update her professional knowledge to meet the demanding requirements of the profession.
