Josephine has over 10 years solid audit experience in the profession with a Big 4 accounting firm, the last position held being in the capacity of a senior manager. During that period, she had been rendering auditing and business advisory services to a wide range of listed and unlisted clients in a wide variety of industries.

Before joining our firm, Josephine had worked for the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for 10 years, respectively 5 years with the Regulation Division and 5 years with the Listing Division. During her years with the Listing Division in the capacity of an Assistant Vice President, she had gained valuable knowledge and extensive experience, including handling of IPO applications and monitoring of listed issuers.
