C. Y. started his tax career at the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department in 1968. Before setting up his own professional practice in 1984, C. Y. was the tax manager of a Big 4 accounting firm. He migrated to New Zealand in 1992 and returned to Hong Kong in 1998 to join our firm.

C. Y.'s interests are in the areas of local and international tax planning, estate planning and wealth protection planning. He also provides business advisory services, offshore company incorporation, and corporate restructuring. C. Y. is a co-author of a Chinese book on taxation. The book "Save As You Earn, Simple Tax Saving Ideas" was published in 1990.
